Bloom People

Career Coaching with
British International Investment

For several years Bloom People Limited have partnered with British International Investment to provide coaching to employees. We offer a one-off ‘power hour’ coaching session to employees who have been progressed or promoted. The aim is to offer a confidential space in which you can reflect on your career thus far and plan ahead regarding both development and career goals.

Before the session you will have the opportunity to complete a short questionnaire designed to help you and your coach prepare. After the session, your coach will send you a brief report to capture the key themes discussed and any follow up resources that they believe may be useful.

We have a team of highly experienced Executive Coaches for you to choose from. Review each of the biographies below, and when you have selected the coach you’d like to work with, click on the Book Session button. You can then select a suitable date and time for your virtual coaching session which will take place online.

If you would prefer a face to face coaching session, please contact to arrange this.
