SARAH TURNER

Sarah Turner specialises in executive coaching and leadership development. Drawing on her training in occupational psychology she supports her clients as they navigate life, career and parental transitions.
Sarah has first-hand HR experience in roles spanning talent development, assessment and diversity and inclusion. She has extensive experience in leadership assessment and one-to-one psychometric feedback and is qualified in a broad range of instruments.

SORREL ROBERTS

Sorrel is an Accredited Executive and Team Coach, Coaching Supervisor, and Accredited Bloom People Parental Transition Coach. Sorrel has several years’ experience delivering coaching and facilitation across a wide range of industries from creative and media, to financial services. Prior to coaching Sorrel’s career involved managing complex projects and relationships across a range of sectors from ultra-high net worth individuals to the international licensing of a major charity’s fundraising brands.
Central to Sorrel’s coaching approach is that given the space and opportunity people can think much better for themselves than they might initially assume – her role is to enable them to do their best quality thinking and support them to develop that into learning and action. Clients describe her coaching style as laser focused, supportive, challenging and insightful. She brings warmth and humour to her work whilst always maintaining focus on the client’s desired goals.

LISA BOYD

Lisa has been coaching since 2007, providing Executive Coaching, workshops and training to professionals concentrating on improving performance, leadership and people management and career coaching. She has extensive experience working across a variety of sectors coaching leaders and developing professionals in multinationals, SMEs, the English football Premier League, NHS, and Government. She is based in the UK, but has worked with clients in Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe and the Middle East.

Lisa’s approach is catalytic and supportive; she helps her clients to raise self-awareness and meet challenges so that they can reach their full potential. She is positive, encouraging and empathetic and focuses on developing others. She helps clients achieve challenging goals, build resilience, manage relationships and conflict and helps them problem solve and plan for change. Using EQ and NLP approaches, as well as working somatically and systemically, wherever possible Lisa likes to coach outdoors, using nature as a tool for reflection.
