Executive and Team Coach

Gregor is an APECS Accredited Executive Coach of 21 years’ experience who has helped over 200 senior managers, directors and C-Suite executives develop their own personal leadership and that of their teams and organisations. His mission is to help leaders and leadership teams be the best they can be so they, in turn, make the biggest positive difference for themselves, their people and society. He creates a trusted and confidential space where clients can explore and work on their challenges, be they personal or organisational.

In evaluations the top things clients have reported benefitting from are: improved leadership and relationships, increased self-confidence, better emotional self-control, improved communication, influencing skills and reduced stress.

Gregor’s coaching is built on many years of commercial experience in the technology, media and telecoms sectors. Graduating from Edinburgh University with a BSc in Psychology, he enjoyed a thirteen-year sales career working for both large multinationals and smaller start-up ventures, where his expertise was building strategic relationships and breaking into new markets. His last commercial role was a start-up, developing an online joint venture with one of the world’s largest publishing houses.

He made the transition to coaching leaders and teams in 2001, and has since developed a multidisciplinary, client- centered approach with a strong foundation in psychology and neuroscience. His clients tell him that they value his practical and pragmatic approach.

Gregor subscribes to the joint global code of ethics published by APECS and like any professional executive coach, he undergoes regular supervision.
