Executive and Parental Transition Coach, Founder and CEO Sarah Turner Sarah is an experienced Executive and Maternity Coach. She has several years’ experience coaching predominantly Senior Managers and Directors across a range of sectors. Her background includes training and working as an occupational psychologist in addition to working in HR across Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Development and Assessment. Sarah is passionate about collaborating with leaders to release their potential, overcome challenges and accelerate their performance so that they become the best that they can be. Sarah’s coaching philosophy is relational, non-directive, person-centred and pragmatic. She invests time creating a trusted and confidential space for her clients, placing importance on developing an authentic, supportive, but challenging relationship. Sarah adopts a flexible approach adapting her coaching style to the needs of each of her clients, working alongside them and supporting them as they develop greater self-awareness, deepen their learning and unlock transformational change. Education and Training:Sarah is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and has also trained in other coaching methodologies including Nancy Kline Time To Think, Systemic Constellations, Transactional Analysis 101 and Somatic Coaching. She holds an MSc Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck and is also trained in a range of different psychometric tools including Hogan and Saville Wave.
