Or you could have been back in work a while and are wrestling with the competing demands of your life. However you feel about your challenge, we can make it easier for you to re-engage with your career after having a baby.
Our of our tailored coaching programmes can help you decide where you want the balance to be at home and at work, and to find your feet in a new world. This is a world where the demands placed on you are so different from before you became a Mum – which can leave you lacking in confidence and feeling you aren’t performing any of your roles in life well.
Owner and director of Bloom People, Sarah Turner, knows exactly what it feels like:

HOW DOES IT WORK?
We offer a private, tailored one-to-one maternity coaching programme. You’ll have an initial meeting with your coach to discuss how the coaching works, and your objectives. The number of sessions will vary depending on your needs and budget, but can be anything from three to six sessions each lasting 90 minutes and taking place face-to-face in London, Surrey or Hampshire, or virtually (via Zoom).
A self-directed online programme with a workbook, practical exercises and resources, accompanied by videos with one of our maternity coaches.
An online 6-month coaching programme for up to 8 participants.
MUMS BACK TO WORK
A supportive, confidence-boosting Facebook group for professional women returning to work after maternity leave.
