Training for Line Managers
The experience of maternity or parental leave is not easily understood unless it has been experienced, and line managers are often unsure what they can and can’t say. Equipping your managers with practical, actionable guidance and a checklist for each stage of the parental transition ensures you are providing full support for your new parents. Our just-in-time training consists of three short films which are hosted online.

Tripartite Meetings and Return on Investment
One of the ways we believe our approach to the parental transition stands out is because we like to include the line manager at the end of the programme. Much like the tripartite meetings in our Executive Coaching programmes, the engagement of the line manager is valuable in reviewing the learning and signposting the areas of focus for the future as the coaching comes to a close. We also capture feedback to measure the effectiveness of our coaching programmes and share this with the organisation (respecting confidentiality).
