Using Coaching Cards for One-to-Ones
We know organisations are really busy this time of year, but also thinking about goal setting. We made a short video to demonstrate how you might use coaching cards to have those kinds of conversations.
In this video we will role play manager and direct report, to demonstrate a one to one that will help managers understand what makes their reports tick and how they can best support them in achieving their goals.
We’ve pulled out 8 cards that might be useful, but many of our clients use two or three cards to prep for one to ones.
These cards can help you explore and share your intrinsic motivation, decide on some practical steps as well as allow space for reflection.
